Salon Reopening & COVID-19 Policy and Procedures
For all my valued clients,
I'm extremely happy and thankful to be back up and running from Saturday the 16th May.
While the threat of COVID-19 is still very real I have had to implement the following Policies and Procedures that myself, my clients and other technicians that work alongside me MUST follow.
Your health, and the health of myself and fellow technicians, is my top priority and I thank everyone for their understanding and patience while these rules are in place.
Only ONE client per technician at all times
No additional guests are allowed
(No friends, no children, no parents or siblings etc)
We will be continuing with strict cleaning protocols and all client appointments have been space accordingly to allow full sanitisation and disinfection of used areas
Arrive no more than 5 mins before your appointment time.
If you can see your technician is still working, inform us of your arrival and please wait in your car, we will text you when you can come in.
We will not be serving refreshments at this stage
(Please feel free to bring your own drink along with you)
As per new Government guidelines we are required to collect additional contact information from you to assist with Contact Tracing should an outbreak occur. Before your appointment you will be required to complete a "Contact Information Form" and "COVID-19 Screening Form"
All Clients will be required to wash and sanitise their hands on arrival
All Technicians will be wearing Gloves during all treatments
We ask that clients do not touch any displays, testers or products while in salon. Please ask us and we will show you what you would like to look at.
NO MOBILE PHONES
Mobile Phones have been shown to carry all kinds of pathogens, so in the interest of health and safety we ask that clients leave their mobile phones in their handbags for the duration of their visit
