Terms and Conditions

By accepting these terms below you agree to the following:

1. Online bookings are paid for at the time of booking.

2. Changes may be made to your booking, but fees will apply. 

     - Changes made with more than 48 hours notice incur a $10 rescheduling fee.

     - Changes/Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the value of services booked.

     - Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice & failing to attend your appointment will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the value of services booked.

     - The balance difference between cancellation fee and money paid will be refunded to you on request.

3. Please try to arrive on time for your appointment, if you arrive late for your appointment I may not be able to preform the  full service you have booked or you may be requested to reschedule to another time and charged the applicable cancellation fee.

4. Should you be unable to find a suitable appointment time you can opt to be Wait-listed to secure a canceled appointment slot.

5. I always try to ensure I allocate enough time for each service for my clients to ensure that I am on time. Should I be running behind time I will do my best to contact you to inform you of any changes.
